Rose Avenue is a Johannesburg-based fashion studio creating made-to-measure dresses, getting-ready pieces and accessories for weddings, occasions and everything worth dressing up for.
All with one thing at the heart of what we do: making women feel beautiful and confident.
Based in Fourways and available online across South Africa, we make it easy to order from us wherever you are.
You may know us as Mrs Rose.

Every piece that leaves our studio has real people behind it. From sourcing fabrics and creating patterns to cutting, sewing, fitting and finishing, our pieces are made with care by our small team.
And it all started with a wedding.
In 2017, our founder, Ronel, was planning her own wedding and saw a gap in the bridesmaid market. With a background in fashion, having studied fashion and worked as both a buyer and designer, she decided to create her own bridesmaid dresses.
Friends loved them. Then friends started getting married.
One wedding became another, and what started with bridesmaid dresses and robes for friends grew almost entirely through word of mouth.
By 2019, Ronel took the leap, left her full-time job in fashion and turned what had started around her own wedding into her full-time business.
Since then, the collections have grown, the team has grown and Mrs Rose has become Rose Avenue but the reason we do it has stayed the same.
MADE BY US, FOR YOU
We believe the dress should fit the woman, not the other way around.
Women aren't standard sizes, and we don't believe their dresses should be either. That's why our made-to-measure pieces are individually cut and made using each woman's measurements.
But for us, it's about more than the fit. From designing each collection and choosing beautiful fabrics and colours to creating the patterns and making each piece locally, we're involved in every step from idea to finished dress.
There's nothing quite like seeing someone's confidence shift when she puts on a dress that fits beautifully and makes her feel amazing.
That's what we're here for: beautiful design, quality you can feel, an easy and personal process, and women feeling really good in what they're wearing.
